Hi, I’m Rebecca.
I provide virtual therapy for teens (16+) and adults across Ontario navigating ADHD, Autism, anxiety, trauma, burnout, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions.
Many of my clients have spent years feeling misunderstood, overwhelmed, exhausted, or like they have to work harder than everyone else just to keep up. Some are newly diagnosed or exploring neurodivergence for the first time. Others are carrying the impact of chronic stress, masking, perfectionism, people-pleasing, or difficult life experiences.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in genuine human connection. I believe therapy works best when you can show up as yourself—not as the version of yourself you think you’re supposed to be.

Recovering from burnout, navigating major changes, clarifying values, and creating sustainable ways of moving forward.

I don’t believe therapy should feel like checking boxes on a worksheet. My goal isn’t to “fix” you. It’s to help you better understand yourself, reconnect with your strengths, and create meaningful change that feels realistic and sustainable.
